Digital Score Board is a billiards scoreboard for Android tablets that works entirely offline. The one feature that touches personal data is live streaming: when you choose to connect YouTube or Facebook, the app needs a few permissions to start a broadcast on your channel or Page. This page says exactly what it touches, where it is kept, and how you take it back.
Who we are
The app and this website are operated by Digital Score Board, Vietnam. Questions about your data go to support@digitalscoreboard.vn — we reply within 7 days.

What the app does
Digital Score Board scores carom and pool, runs a shot clock, records and replays every shot, and can stream a match live to YouTube or Facebook. Scoring, recording and replay need no account, no network, and send nothing off the tablet.
What the YouTube and Facebook connections touch
The app asks for permissions only when you tap connect on the Configuration screen, and only for the ones below. You can always decline; the rest of the app keeps working.
- Google / YouTube — the youtube scope: read your channel identity (channel name and picture) to show which channel is connected, and create, start and end live broadcasts on that channel. The app does not read your videos, comments, subscribers or analytics.
- Facebook — pages_show_list: read the list of Pages you manage so you can pick one; pages_manage_posts and publish_video: create live videos on the Page you picked. The app does not read your posts, messages, friends or personal profile.
What is stored, and where
After you connect, the app keeps the access token (OAuth token) issued by Google or Facebook and the channel or Page you chose, in the app's private storage on that tablet. The token is used only to open a broadcast when you tap go live.
We run no server that receives this data. Tokens, channel identity, Page lists and the stream itself go straight from the tablet to Google or Facebook, through no system of ours.
What we do not do
- No analytics, tracking or advertising SDK in the app.
- No selling, renting or sharing of your data with anyone.
- No use of data received from Google or Facebook to train machine-learning or AI models.
- No use of the data for anything other than the live stream you asked for.
Google API Services User Data Policy
The YouTube feature uses YouTube API Services; how Google handles data is described at policies.google.com/privacy. Our terms of service are at digitalscoreboard.vn/terms/.
Google asks every app that uses the youtube scope to state the following:
Digital Score Board's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access
You can disconnect at any time, in any of three ways:
- In the app: Configuration → Live streaming → Disconnect (Ngắt kết nối). The token and the chosen channel or Page are deleted from the tablet at once.
- With Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions → Digital Score Board → Remove access.
- With Facebook: facebook.com/settings/apps → Digital Score Board → Remove.
Data deletion
Because none of your data sits on a server of ours, deletion happens on the tablet and at Google or Facebook:
- Tap Disconnect in the app (above) — deletes the token and the channel or Page choice.
- Uninstall the app — deletes all app data, recordings and clips included.
- Remove Digital Score Board in Google's or Facebook's app settings (links above) — invalidates the token on their side.
- For written confirmation or any question, email support@digitalscoreboard.vn with the subject "Data deletion"; we reply within 7 days.
Retention
The token and the channel or Page choice stay on the tablet until you disconnect, uninstall the app, or the token expires without being refreshed. We keep no copy anywhere else.
Recordings and clips
Video the app records during a match, and the clips cut from it, are stored in the tablet's storage. They leave the device only when you stream live, or when a viewer scans the QR code to download a clip on the same local network. We receive no copy.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes we update this page and the date at the top. A change that makes the app touch more data is announced in the app before it takes effect.
