These terms cover the Digital Score Board app for Android and the website digitalscoreboard.vn. Installing or opening the app, or connecting a YouTube or Facebook account inside it, means you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy at digitalscoreboard.vn/privacy/.

Digital Score Board is a billiards scoreboard for tablets: carom and pool scoring, a shot clock, recording and replay, and live streaming to YouTube or Facebook. The app is currently a prototype, offered free of charge with no in-app purchases. If paid plans are ever introduced they will carry their own terms, shown to you before any payment.
We may add, change or remove features, and may stop offering the app; because all data stays on your device, that does not take away recordings or clips you have saved.
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on your own or your venue's devices, for scoring and streaming billiards matches. You may not:
The app's live-streaming feature uses YouTube API Services and the Facebook platform. By connecting YouTube you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service at www.youtube.com/t/terms; Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy. By connecting Facebook, Meta's Terms at www.facebook.com/terms apply.
The app touches only the data described in our privacy policy (digitalscoreboard.vn/privacy/), and you can revoke its access at any time as explained at digitalscoreboard.vn/privacy/#revoke. These platforms may change or withdraw their APIs; live streaming may then pause through no fault of ours.
Video the app records, clips cut from it and your live streams are your content; we receive no copy and claim no rights in them. You are responsible for what goes out on your channel or Page, including holding the rights you need (the venue, the players on camera, music playing in the room) and complying with the law and the platform's community rules.
You can disconnect YouTube or Facebook, or uninstall the app, at any time. We may withdraw support or block use that violates these terms. The sections on your content, liability and governing law survive termination.
The app is provided "as is". To the extent Vietnamese law allows, we do not warrant that it is error-free or always available, and we are not liable for interrupted streams, actions YouTube or Facebook take against your channel or Page, recordings lost to device failure, or indirect damages. For a free app, our total liability is limited to what the law does not allow us to exclude.
When these terms change we update this page and the date at the top; material changes are announced in the app. Continuing to use the app afterwards means you accept the new version.
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are first resolved by negotiation and, failing that, by the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City.
